ACDC worked with EUP on Preparation of the master plan for land use.

Location: Al Minya Industrial Zone.

Building Description: Preparation of the master plan for land use. The project involves the following:

Master Plan Development: Creating a comprehensive layout for land use within the investment zone, including the distribution of various activities and uses.
Cost Estimation: Conducting a cost analysis for the infrastructure works required for the project.
Preliminary Feasibility Study: Evaluating the initial feasibility of the project to assess its viability.

Total Area: Around 306 Feddan.

Consists of: Translate all the required in 306 Acres. This includes industrial factories of different industries, warehouses etc.

Completion Rate: 100%.

Scope of Work: Design Only.

Location: Kharga City, New Valley

Total Area: The urban area of the city at the time of study was 2,554.4 acres
The urban area according to the expansions and strategic plan of the city is 5,117.46 acres

Plan objectives: Creating an attractive development center for the population to branch out densely high populated governorates
Maintaining environmental and ecological balance

Exploitation of diverse mining resources

Achieving optimal exploitation of tourism resources

Preserving groundwater reserves and limiting agricultural expansion in the city region

Completion Rate: 100%

Plan objectives: Exploiting the available capabilities in terms of the nature of the city and its fame for heritage industries in creating employment and development opportunities

Redistributing land uses to meet the requirements for various activities and uses considering land demand and scarcity.

After adopting the strategic plan, detailed planning was prepared for the extension areas and some existing areas
